Oregon Laborers Apprenticeship Program

Laborers are typically one of the first crafts on the job and the last craft to leave. By joining our apprenticeship program, you will become a member of our Union and work for one of our 250 partner employers. These employers need a highly-skilled, safe, and productive workforce to be competitive and able to build all kinds of construction projects. The apprenticeship program consists of 4000 hours of on-the-job experience and a minimum of 360 hours related training. Wages begin at 63% of Journeyperson scale and increase with each 1000 hours of on-the-job training and 90 hours of related training.
