Archway Academy (previously Evergreen Transition Program) is a specialized program for students who are transition age (18-22) where IEP teams have made the placement decision based on age appropriate transition assessment and transition services to focus their education on employment training, education services on functional academics, and independent living skills.  Services at Archway include specially designed instruction on IEP goals, travel training, worksite learning experiences, student-based enterprises, curriculum-based instruction, and CTE classes that focus on Foods & Nutrition, Baking & Cooking Intro, and Career Choices.  Students gain skills and tools to obtain meaningful employment, volunteer activities, and/or engagement with postsecondary education (i.e. apprenticeship, college, trade school, etc.).
